How to help your child

1. Encourage them to keep up to date with current affairs by reading a daily newspaper, watching the news or listening to the news on the radio.

2. Engage in discussion with your child about current affairs and the situation within the local community.

3. Allow your child to volunteer locally for an organisation to take a more active role in their local community.
