I am very pleased to welcome you to the Lampton School website.

Our school is an 11 -18 comprehensive school serving central Hounslow in West London. We are a large, diverse school with over 1, 530 students on roll, including our large sixth form of over 330 students.

I am immensely proud of our school and the progress our students make.  Academically, our results are consistently above the national average at GCSE and ‘A’ Level with students achieving places at Oxford, Cambridge and other Russell Group universities, studying medicine and dentistry, or entering the world of work through other routes such as high quality apprenticeships. Socially, our students are friendly, well behaved and eager to learn with high aspirations.

Our work as a school community is underpinned by our values, the three most important being: excellence, respect and integrity. We want all members of our community to achieve excellence in all that they do, to treat each other with respect at all times and to do the right thing by acting with integrity.

Our vision is one that is right for our context as a complex urban school in the twenty first century:

As a School Centre for Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) and as the London West Alliance, we work with other schools locally, nationally and internationally to ensure that the Lampton experience is inspirational for all members of our community.
